The chef and cooks clearly know what they're doing and are very experienced in the type of quality in taste and presentation they want to deliver to their customers. To enhance the experience of our visit, each booth had their own shoji screens which made it feel more authentic and a unique experience different from other Izakaya spots. I truly wish this restaurant more success and recognition because you can clearly taste just how passionate the chef and cooks are about the food they create and present.
