Aka-Oni is proud to offer an extensive Japanese menu of traditional dishes made to delight the senses.

As an izakaya and ramen restaurant, our grill and kitchen offers superb bar food and noodle bowls. We use fresh ingredients to create innovative dishes that delight and invigorate. Each one of our meals is an occasion to share and have fun with your friends and family.

Our house specialties include Hokkaido King Crab Milk Ramen, Barbecued Eel Thin Crust Pancake, and Grilled Dried Spanish Mackerel, a delicacy made through an arduous cooking process involving hours of marinating and drying.

赤鬼燒中拖羅,在中拖羅撒上海鹽和胡椒,煎香表面,帶出拖羅的魚油香味。伴以用日本空運新鮮柚子特質的日本酸汁,恰到好處地中和拖羅的油膩感。沾上少許九州特色調味料「柚子胡椒」,更增加整體口感和味道

Grilled Overnight Marinated Mackerel w Ponzu Sauce and Granted Radish

本店選用西班牙鯖魚,於最新鮮的狀態抹上汁,吊起於特定溫度通風處封乾一夜,後慢火烤製,外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,齒頰留香。為何要吊一夜且只能吊一夜?在風乾時間不夠,外皮太濕潤會導致外層不脆,並且味道不能充分進魚肉內部;封乾時間太長,會導致魚肉過乾,味道太鹹。
